We all know Pattaya is alive and kicking at night, but looks like a ghost town after dawn.
Some bars might open at 2 pm, but you won't see traffic jams until 6 pm, when the lions awake.
And in the morning before noon, there is NOTHING, or maybe, you didn't see Welkom Inn yet.
Welkom Inn is a hotel in Soi3 (also entrance in Soi2), but it has a little nice bar in Soi 3 too and the party starts early here. In Soi 3 you will see some ladies sitting outside before a curtain, which is the entrance to the very dark little bar inside (coming from the beachroad, it will be on the left side, just after some regular bars).
You won't need a flashlight however, there will always be someone to guide into the right direction... ;-)
