This old picture tells us something about one of the first BJ bars in Soi Postoffice in Pattaya. Marilyn Monroe, Mona Lisa, etc Yes, there is (or has been) even culture and art in Pattaya!
These holes were not used to pass your letters though, and the bar doesn't exist anymore but the street is still well known.
If you want to have your letter posted these days, there are other places like Lolitas or any place in Soi 6...:-)
